Bar chair made of plastic with shape of wheel. At the center there is a slot to place the steel rebar. The rebar with various diameters can be gripped with the clips at the center of dish. The concrete cover thickness equal the radius of spacer deduct the radius of rebar. When in use, the spacer can be inserted from outside and spacer will grip the rebar with the elasticity of plastic.
Heavy duty wheel chairs are designed with wide plate so they can bear the heavy load. The product are commonly used in large reinforced concrete structures and bore piles.
