Plastic bar chair manufactured in factory. Bar chair has shape of hollow wheel, 6-7 mm thick. At the center there is a slot to place the steel rebar. The rebar with various diameters can be gripped with the clips at the center of dish. The concrete cover thickness equal the radius of spacer deduct the radius of rebar. When in use, the spacer can be inserted from outside and spacer will grip the rebar with the elasticity of plastic.
