Sbox are the formwork products made of recycled polypropylene and placed in the reinforced concrete slab. These products are also known with the name U boot of the similar products. Using SBox to form the large span slab with the flat bottom surface without beams. With the use of SBox, the concrete volume of slab will be significantly reduced and consequently the load onto the foundation will be decreased respectively.
The installation of SBox is simple and quick in association with the construction of flat formwork in a simple manner will help the slab construction quicker than those of bidirectional beams.
SBox spacers have the square shape, plan dimension of 52x52 (cm) with various heights. SBoxes can be paired to form the double box.

SBox are fitted with 5 plastic legs what have the various heights. There are 4 holes, diameter 80mm on the top of SBox to allow putting the head of vibrator into the concrete inside the boxes.

After installation of the steel rebars, Sboxes will be jointed together with the lateral tie rods in order to keep them in the right distance as designed.
