Concrete spacer products are manufactured automatically in the factory. It consequently assures an uniformity of shape and quality of spacer. Thank of using machine, the concrete of spacers are compressed and gaet high strength in comparison with the manual production. The sizes are marked on the top of spacers during the casting as well.
Production sequence as below:
- Charge the materials according to the designed mix.
- Operate the mixer to generate the concrete mixture.
- Transport the mixture to the pressing machine.
- Cast the mixture to the mould to generate the spacer products
- Cure the spacers with water in the defined duration.
- Pack the spacer products.
